Who am I? 💡

Digital Marketer

Growth is the mission for whatever project is at hand but at the end of the day I genuinely enjoy all things digital like data, software, and funnel optimization 📈

High Performer

Whether it's sleep tracking, cold showers, nootropics or habit stacking, I always try to hack the most out of this amazing life through self-experimentation 🚀

Design/Systems Thinker

I dissect complex problems and design innovative solutions through creative outlook and systematic thinking. I call it "creative engineering" 🧠

Secular Buddhist

Buddhism has had a major effect on who I am today. “Don’t try to use what you learn from Buddhism to be a Buddhist; use it to be a better whatever-you-already-are.” - Dalai Lama 🙏

Professional Party Animal

I've always had a passion for working with creatives but more importantly, I've always had a passion for bringing people together. Don't be surprised if you see me at a concert, rave, mixer or party 🔥

Multidisciplinary

It's never been easier to learn thanks to the internet and freedom of information that it provides. Self education is a core value of mine so I'm always studying something new 📚

Principles

Zen. Practice "learned minimalism"

Deep Work. Understand the difference between deep work and shallow work.

No notifications and distractions: Turn off all notifications except calls and check applications only during scheduled times. Setup distraction-free environments for the daily deep work sessions.

Take grasp of concepts like duality, balance, yin & yang and the binary nature of cause & effect in life.

Fill the role of the technician, the manager, and the entrepreneur.

Intimacy is important. quality > quantity, keep a small circle & detox your “acquaintances”; don’t allow energy vampires in your life

Avoid depressants and suppressants like alcohol & weed. Eat healthy. Drink water. The body is the temple.

When in doubt, smile. Manners matter.

Self discipline, rituals, habits and routines - these are the most important traits found in the elite and successful; at the end of the day though, it’s really just action through consistency.

Be T-shaped.

We all have 24 hours a day - what matters most is how we use them, dissect every single hour in your average day, compare with the goals and desires in your life, reflect, and then create a new schedule to match these desires.

Self-awareness is the key to freedom.

Motivation helps but productivity creates momentum - treat is as a loop: get motivated, get productive from said motivation and then get more motivated from the results of said productivity.

Health is wealth. The mind/body connection is incredibly powerful and once you put health as a 1st priority, everything else will click.

Patience > everything... play the long game and you will truly “win”

Systems = Freedom. It sounds like an oxymoron because many people think systems are defined or limited, however, if the system is designed to your needs, it will create freedom for the operator.

Gratitude is the ultimate energy source in life. When you’re grateful for everything, everything becomes abundant.

You can learn anything for free on the internet. We are living in the greatest era ever so use it your fullest advantage, winners win, excuses lose.
